Before We Arrive

Preparing for Your Delivery

A little preparation goes a long way. Here are a few things to consider so your delivery goes smoothly. Give us a call if you'd like to talk through measurements or access ahead of time.

Please Ensure

Rooms are cleared and ready for new furniture
Pets are safely secured during delivery
Delivery path (driveway, hallways, stairs) is clear of obstacles
Space is made ready for your new pieces
Any special instructions are communicated in advance

Measure Ahead of Time

Will the delivery truck have easy access on your street?
Is your driveway large enough for a delivery truck?
Will furniture fit through doorways, hallways, and stairs?
Are there any narrow or tight access areas to navigate?

We are unable to provide electrical hookups
We cannot move electronics or AV equipment
Pool tables, pianos, and other specialty items are outside our scope
Contact us ahead of time if existing furniture needs to be rearranged
